Olamide (also known as BaddoSneh, Olamide Baddo, or simply Baddo) is a Nigerian rapper and singer.

 

He is one of Africa’s most famous and influential artists. He makes recordings in Yoruba and English. While signed to Coded Tunes, he released his debut studio album Rapsodi in 2011.

 

YBNL Nation, his follow-up album, was released under his label imprint.

 

The singles “First of All,” “Voice of the Street,” “Stupid Love,” and “Ilefo Illuminati” aided the album’s promotion.

 

Baddest Guy Ever Liveth, his third studio album, was released on November 7, 2013. Two of the album’s singles are “Durosoke” and “Yemi My Lover.”

 

On July 17, 2013, Olamide became the first Nigerian to sign an endorsement contract with Cîroc. Adebukunmi Aisha Suleiman is his wife. Maximilian Boluwatife and Tunrepin Myles are their two sons. Toni Payne managed him and he was signed to ID Cabasa’s Coded Tunes record label.

 

In November 2012, Adedeji’s second studio album, YBNL, was released. Tyrone was in charge of its production (producer)

 

Olamide announced on March 16, 2021, that he had completed work on his next album. On April 18, he announced the release of his album UY Scuti, which was released on June 18.

 

Olamide announced his retirement on February 5th, 2022, following the release of his 12th studio album.

 

Olamide launched his career in 2010 with the release of his debut single, “Eni Duro.”
